Return Policy

Haus of Scarlett appreciates that our valued customers are unable to try on our clothing prior to making a purchase. For this reason we are happy to accept a refund, if you send the items back within 7 days of receiving them, and any received thereafter may be denied.

Please Contact Us or email info@haus-of-scarlett.com if you wish to return an item, so we may email you a copy of the Returns Form that must be included in the returning package. This is a step-by-step guide to follow that will assist with your return, as well as containing the Haus of Scarlett returns address.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or alternative item, we will need you to repurchase a new order from Haus of Scarlett.

The conditions of the items must be returned brand new, unused and have all the designer tags and packaging intact.

Please note that these items are non-returnable; Sales items, Swimwear and Jewellery.

Please note that all goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Haus of Scarlett. For this reason items being returned must have a tracking number, at the customer’s expense.

Once we have received your return, we will inspect the items to make sure they are not damaged, altered or soiled, before a refund is issued.

Haus of Scarlett will issue the refund within 5 business days and will inform you via the email address that is listed on your account, once the transaction is complete. This will be credited back on your original method of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in rare cases of wrong delivery.

1. Does Haus of Scarlett return items? What items can I return?

2. Does Haus of Scarlett offer exchanges?
Yes, we do offer exchanges for different sizes and/or different styles, or alternative items. An exchange will have to go hand in hand with a return of the previous item. We must be notified at your earliest convenience on info@haus-of-scarlett.com, so you can send the items back within 7 days of receiving them. 3. I want to return my purchase. What do I do?
