Ordering

After you have added items to your “Cart”, and you have clicked “Submit Order” an email confirmation will be sent. You can view the status of the order by logging into My Account. Click on “Order History” to review order status and to obtain a tracking number.

 

Payment

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Haus of Scarlett Gift Certificates and Haus of Scarlett Store Credit.

 

Currency

All prices on the Haus of Scarlett website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), as shown on the bottom of the site.

 

Using Store Credit

If you have Store Credit, sign into your Haus of Scarlett account, and you will see the Store Credit on the My Account page. Upon going through the Checkout process, there will be an option to use the Store Credit if you had any, which will result in deducting the amount from the total. If you do not use the entire amount, you will still have Store Credit for future purchases.

Tracking your Order

If you have an account, you can check the status of your order at any time. Simply log into your account and click “View Order Status”. If the status is “Awaiting Fulfillment”, your order is being processed. If the status is “Shipped”, you will see the tracking number.

 

Cancel/Change My Order

Once your order has been processed it is very difficult to add, modify or cancel any items. All orders are processed quickly, so a change may only be made if the order has not been shipped. It is only possible to make a change to your order within 1 hour of placing it. To do this, please Contact Us immediately. Haus of Scarlett reserves the right to deny a change to your order. 1. Why should I pre-order through Haus of Scarlett?
As fashion moves forward at a rapid pace with high demands for unique and interesting designs, our stock continues to evolve every day. Therefore to ensure we meet your demands, Haus of Scarlett will always update new stock before its arrival. Giving you the chance to snap up that dream outfit, before it runs out, making you THE fashionista at every party. So pre-order now or you will miss out.

2. Does Haus of Scarlett have Sales items?
Haus of Scarlett loves a bargain and regularly updates our site with sales stock for your pleasure. Please note once purchase is final there is no exchange or refunds. We know you would love Haus of Scarlett that you wouldn’t want to part with it.

3. What about Out of stock items?
Due to popular demands there will be times our stock is short, not to fear. Haus of Scarlett is already on the ball and have ordered for more.  Please contact us on info@haus-of-scarlett.com to keep up to date on our new arrivals. 

4. How do I check the status of my order?
We like to keep you up to date every step of the way by sending you an email with the status of your order.  This is where your Haus of Scarlett Account comes in handy. Log into your Account and you will be able to see the status of the order, which will be update to date for your convenience. 

5. Where is my order? I have not received it yet. Is it lost?
The anticipation of receiving goodies from the post is always exciting so please wait for the arrival of your Haus of Scarlett goodness. Once Australia Post has the parcels, Haus of Scarlett is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please check the Australia Post website, with the tracking number provided. If you still have not received your package after a few days of shipment, please contact us on info@haus-of-scarlett.com. Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address upon placing your order.

6. I just placed my order. Did Haus of Scarlett receive it?
Haus of Scarlett has an automated email which is forwarded to you, confirming the order just made. The next steps are simple, log into your account and keep up to date of the order status.

7. Can I make changes to my order I just placed?
Unfortunately, once your order has been processed it is very difficult to add, modify or cancel any items. It is only possible to make a change to your order within 1 hour of placing it. 8. Can I cancel my order without being charged?
Once your order has been processed we may be unable to cancel the order if it has left for shipping. When your order arrives and you would still like to cancel the order, please follow the return instructions for a credit or refund.

9. If I am not a member, can I still buy from Haus of Scarlett?
To order from Haus of Scarlett you need to first Create an Account. There are many benefits to having an account which you can see at My Account Help.

10. How do I use my store credit?
If you have store credit with Haus of Scarlett, just go through the whole checkout process. When you come to the end screen, before payment is made, you will see an area with the amount of store credit you have, and you will be able to choose an option to use the store credit then and there, or to keep your store credit and pay via another payment means.

11. Does Haus of Scarlett reserve items?
No sorry, Haus of Scarlett does not reserve items. All items are sold on a first come first served basis, so get in quick.

12. How do I know what size to purchase?
The sizes of Haus of Scarlett items are the same Australian sizes as you would find anywhere else. We have also included an International Size Chart, which has all the sizes and measurements to assist you. This can be found at the bottom of all pages.

 

Payment

1. What types of payment are accepted?
At Haus of Scarlett we accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa or Discover. All of these payment methods will be processed through the PayPal gateway as it is secure, after you have completed your Checkout on the website, and are ready to make payment.

2. Is it safe to use my Credit Card on your site?
Your privacy and information is secure when you use Haus of Scarlett. We employ PayPal as our secured payment gateway, so that a customer can shop with us safely knowing that we do not store their credit card information in our system. All information you provide, is encrypted in the secure checkout payment system.

3. What is PayPal? Do I need a PayPal account?
PayPal is a service that allows people to send money without sharing financial information. Buyers can register for a free account online, and it will not cost anything. PayPal only charges a percentage on items an individual or business sells.

You do not need an active PayPal account to purchase from Haus of Scarlett. You are able to pay via one of 3 x Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard or Discover). However the transaction will be processed through their gateway.

To use PayPal as a tender on Haus of Scarlett you will need an active account. You will be able to log into your PayPal account at the checkout stage of your purchase online, to authorise funds to Haus of Scarlett. For more information, please go to the PayPal website.

4. Why are there two charges on my Credit Card?
Haus of Scarlett will only charge your Credit Card once, for a transaction. If it appears twice on your Account, this is because of the pre-authorisation on the Account. This is common banking practice, to ensure sufficient funds and authenticity. Pre-authorisation may take up to 48 hours to clear. If you need help to speed this process up, please contact your Credit Card Company. Once all clear, you will only have the one charge on your Account.
